Ambient temperature

Reagent cards stored in low temperature should be kept at a constant temperature (22℃-30℃) 30 minutes in advance before use. The temperature difference of more than 10 degrees from the standard temperature may cause different degrees of running high.

Progesterone didn’t go up. It went down

(1) False estrus, the data will never come, will be lower and lower, completely restore the non-estrus state, two estrus after a month.

(2) Ovulation delay, follicle development retardation, detection of late can slowly rise, mating time may be extended to 20-40 days range

(3) Hormonal confusion, always stay in the interval of 5 values below, estrus state looming, serious hormonal disorders, more frequent in summer. It is suggested to optimize the breeding conditions, adjust the diet, and observe and monitor the later period.

All of a sudden, progesterone is way up

Improper use by customers or centralized ovulation

(1) The use of 80 microliter pipette gun is not strictly implemented, and the value caused by a little more drops is high.

However, in this process, there are still regional differences of dogs in different breeding environments (reactions of a few areas) and differences of responses of test paper in different environments, resulting in biased data.

The latest mating value of the system is 30, and the early mating value of the small and the old is 26-30.

Factors affecting progesterone levels

Different dog breeds, different body types, different individuals, different living environments and other factors can cause a certain degree of deviation, but not particularly large

Factors that affect the value for the customer:

(1) The operating environment, large and sudden changes in temperature and humidity will affect the data

(2) Breeding environment, sudden changes in the living environment of dogs will cause abnormal progesterone value and physiological cycle in the cycle.

(3) System matching, not corresponding test paper and system will have instability.

What should be 30 days after mating? Can you tell if you’re pregnant? When to have a C-section

The value at 30 days of mating should be greater than the value at the time of mating. If you want to monitor whether the mating is normal, it should be tested within 7 days after mating. If the progesterone value decreases, it should be supplemented in time.

A rapid decrease in the data after mating indicates a high risk of pregnancy, while normal data can only represent the formation of pregnancy conditions, but does not represent 100% pregnancy.

When does progesterone eat best?

Progesterone plays a key role in follicular development through embryonic growth. If the estrus period does not rise for a long time, the appearance, microscope and ovulation apparatus are in good condition, supplement, and then timely mating after data arrival.

In addition, it is not recommended to blindly take large doses or injections. Because progesterone has the effect of relaxing the uterus, if excessive intake during pregnancy, will cause uterine contraction performance decreased, causing dystoia.

If the data is not long or even slightly decreased within 7 days after mating, it shall be supplemented appropriately.
