• Criteria for Judging Canine Estrus:

• * No estrus: below 200
• * Proestrus: 300-1999 (rising daily)
• * Late estrus: 1999-800 (alling daily)
• * First breeding: 800-600 (down per day)
• * Second breeding: 550-400 (after 36 hours).
• * Over estrus: less than 200 (36 hours ater mating)
• Remark:
• * It must be determined that the data is in the declining period through 2-3 times of testing, and mating according to the reference.
• * If the breeding data did not decrease in the second time, breeding should be stopped and continuous testing should be carried out every half day.
• * If there is no decline more than 24 hours after mating, continuous daily testing should be carried out. If there is rebound, re-mating must be considered.
• * The data were always under 300 considering uterine or ovarian disease.
• * Follicle development retardation should be considered if the maximum value is less than 1000, and the reference value should be depressed according to the situation.

• Method of Use
• * Cleaning: wet the towel with sticky detergent to clean, then rinse, without drying directly use.
• * After the animals are normal, the vulva is cleaned, and the detection rod is inserted into the genital tract until it reaches the cervical opening.
• * Insert 1/3 (about 4cm) for small dogs, 6-8cm for medium dogs, and 10cm for large dogs.
• * After inserting the specified depth, do not adjust the direction, rotate for two times, and press the switch of the handle to read the value.
• * Blink for 5 seconds to get the value, hold the position and press the switch again to read the second group of values. Three sets of data were taken continuously to ensure the accuracy of detection. At this point, if there is a numerical deviation, the two groups should be used as the first criterion, and whether the animal is still during the reading process should be considered. Take the resting state as the final reference.
• * After use, please clean the instrument with detergent.

• Matters Needing Attention:
• * Be sure to clean with dishwashing liquid before and after the test
• * The insertion depth of each detection should be consistent, for severe fluctuation will occur if the insertion depth is too deep or too shallow.
• * Inflammation of the reproductive system may cause abnormal secretions and affect the detection data.
• * The reproductive system has been cleaned during the estrous period, and the residual liquid will affect the test results of the data. Do not use the detector for testing on the day after cleaning.
• * In the process of testing, whether the animals keep basically quiet or not, large body movements will cause data bias. Contaminants such as stolen goods, sebum oil, urine, and saline solution can contaminate the electrodes.
